Processing & Delivery Time

Order Cut-off Time: 7:00 PM GMT (London)
Fulfilment Days: Monday–Friday
Handling Time: Minimum 1 day, Maximum 2 days (Mon–Fri)
Transit Time: Minimum 3 days, Maximum 7 days (Mon–Fri)

➡️ Total Delivery Time: Most UK orders arrive within 4–9 working days from order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

⚠️ During peak periods (holidays, promotions, seasonal sales), delivery times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link allowing you to follow your parcel in real time.


Address Modifications

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately at care@caderona.com before your order has been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.


Delivery Restrictions

Currently, Caderona ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.

We do not deliver to:

✘ International addresses
✘ PO Boxes
✘ BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at care@caderona.com with your order number.

We will contact our courier partners to locate your package and, if confirmed lost, we will arrange either:

✔ A replacement shipment
or
✔ A full refund
